Chef Dave Surace began his pursuit to practice culinary arts at the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan. Upon obtaining his degree, he completed his internship at Mesa Grill, the reputable restaurant of Bobby Flay (Chef, Food Network).
He has worked at some of the finest dining establishments including Villa Barone, Englebrook Country Club, Morton’s Steak House & Mount Kisco Country Club, where he exhibited his skills as Sous chef for three years. Chef Dave is now ready to serve as co-owner & executive chef and bring to Battaglia’s Market, the most extensive culinary education & distinctive taste!
